Can someone please explain to me how the benefits work at rah? I have a few friends at other regionals and I've been trying to piece together as much info as possible.

I know things will be changing shortly when all the flying is under the republic certificate, but let's say I'm an LGA FO, and will expect to fly for all 3 majors (correct?)

- Because I'm flying for all 3, I can expect benefits on all 3?

- How does it work? I know united has the "Employee Res" site where you can list yourself or companions, etc. for flights. AA has something similar. What about delta?

- Is there any public record of jumpseat/travel benefit agreements for all carriers? For example, how the priority works for you, spouses, companions, etc.
