There's a written test at the end of indoc and one at the end of systems. Think FAA written and sheppard air with a much smaller question bank and open iPad. You have to be really trying in order to fail them. I think training is on track right now but there is about to be a flood of the last guys off the 145 transitioning, so you might get a little vacation.
