you can most likely fly again ... don't get bogged down in the medical weeds. Attend to your cancer. When your doctor say initial Rx is complete and are ready to fly ... go the AME. His final dec will be defered to FAA. Hopefully 1 back and forth communication between you and FAA ... you get SI for 1 year with further instructions.
