Huh?? The as Feds have already signed off on every element of management's training plan. Its not like Spirit is just training on its own and only inspected if something happens. One line on our 2-sided checklist can't even be changed without Fed approval.
Don't fall into their endless BS. The training here may meet some definition of the absolute minimum...but that's it.

Exactly right! The Feds who signed off on any deficiencies will also share in the blame. The POI from the Colgan accident was promptly removed as POI following that accident.
