Rental cars and company credit cards for dinner will happen before a flow. The company already positive spaces to/from work everyday, so your comment (which sarcastically implied that a better commuter policy was less likely to happen than rental cars on overnights or free meals on overnights or 20 days off for reserves) makes no sense.
