I completely agree, was just saying that it isn't completely far fetched. I think reserve rules would be number one. We could once again lead the regionals industry but setting mainline style reserve rules. Before you know it, it will be the standard and the days of 11 days off with infinite ready reserve sits will be over!

Reserve rules don't get people in the door, guys.
Money, QOL, and Career Progression do.
Aside from commuter hotels, I can't imagine reserve rules will improve much considering the great gains we made just 8 months ago.
Positive space? What are you guys on? That is unprecedented in the passenger airline industry. You will not see it. Too expensive.
Everyone wants these massive gains with unprecedented improvements but no one aside from the MEC and those in ATL actually know their cost. YES there is a monetary number associated with another day off. And it is MILLIONS of dollars. Even for a pilot group this small.
