No. The 360 flow for 2016 was envoy managements' claim based upon AA's stated hiring intentions and it included consideration for the Letter T pilots. Their Letter T projections were pretty accurate but AA ended up not hiring as many this year as they stated they would. Was AA lying? Was envoy lying? What difference does it make, those numbers were based upon Management's Numbers. Recruiting is their responsibility and making the flow work as advertise is their job. Did they intentionally inflate the numbers or are they just that bad at their job? In the end, they will have to deal with the ramifications for missing their mark on the projections. Just as a company's stock price will drop when they fail to meet their profit projections, they will pay a price in recruiting for failing to meet THEIR stated 2016 flow projections, new hire upgrade & flow times.

You can't blame ALPA or line pilots for repeating what the management teams have stated. That would be like blaming CNN for the Fed Res Chair choosing to raise interest rates or not.
