Have you seen PSAs newest recruiting gimmic. Get hired now, and be out of the sims and on the line by Christmas. Seems like a strange marketing ploy.

At this point, we certainly do not have any backlogs in the training department, so it is possible. I will guess that we have the most LCAs in the industry (100+ with 1200 pilots) and a ton of sim instructor.

PSA has proven that they can get 60 a month through ground school and sims.

Thoughts? Would the speed at which you can complete training help make your decision?
