We are covering a lot of extra flying, and are really short on FOs. They don't want to keep you in training a minute longer than you need. We need people on the line ASAP.

Once we start getting in a large number of FO's, we will likely "unpark" the CRJ200's and take additional flying - as well as have some large upgrade classes.
