D:0 is the dumbest thing. I'd be more concerned with arrival time than departure. I'd rather have a lower departure rating cause we waited for passengers instead of leaving them, than have a great departure rating with horrible customer service. Which is what AA is doing, and the latest ratings show it with them trailing horrible in the eyes of the public.
They need to start with making sure DP leaves the bar on time before it's too late like he's use to.
