CTP is a total of 2 weeks consisting of one week in Dayton, then a second week in CVG for sims and it is a blast, very relaxed and fun experience and helps a ton for chair flying during ground training in DAY if you have never been in a full motion.
To actually get a few hours of sim before Dayton is HUGE. I had a total waste of an experience in my CTP course where they put us in a 320 sim. It was cool, but I would have been way better prepared for the PSA training if I got 6 hours in a CRJ sim. Thats really awesome!
