They would fly it themselves if they must. But with skywest, express jet, republic, compass, Endeavor etc..... I highly doubt they are worried about it.
Seems like classes are filling up fine and the pilot mills like Riddle and UND are up and running at full speed. The major's know this along with regional management. The only ones that can't get it wrapped around their heads are the ones that are unable to score a mainline job.
