Okay, humor me this; what are they trying to control exactly? And why do the higher ups keep saying "there will never be a flow to Delta". E.B. Said this very recently himself. So when I here "control the hiring process", I hear sort out the best canadates. I understand it's their choice, but I just want to understand how American is doing it while protecting their culture? Statistically I think the amount slipping through the cracks would be about the same.
