Bid base first, aircraft second. Quality of life is more important than the equipment you fly. Example: if you need to be in DTW and they only offer DTW 200 in your indoc class then bid that.

Other than that there are guys who will say the 900 is sooooooo much better (which mechanically it is) but there are other factors such as trip duration, available lines, destinations, flight time, etc. to consider. It's a toss up for me. I wanted to fly the 900 but I'm on the 200 and I like it a lot. The short trips work well for me. To each their own.
