In another study, the subjects received one of two sentences. These two sentences contain the same information. The first one suggests positive trait at the beginning while the second one has negative traits. I think you just described 404 and Tanker's attempts perfectly. To be fair, they're just two in the organized no that just can't stand the process unfolding normally, and can't accept the idea that a pilot might get language without their opinion stapled to the front page.
