How many whale guys/gal in sfo do you think will just retire early instead of going to training to fly for a year or 2 more. I'm not on the fleet, but I gotta imagine a lot of the crews have 62+ yr olds in 1 or more seats.
None, but for different reasons. Remember, LUAL's A-plan was seized. PBGC gives about 20% on the dollar....no A-plan for any LUAL guys. Still trying to catch up.
A lot of guys were saying that the change to age 65 from 60 would never hurt the current pilots, nor lead to furloughs or keep guys out longer. See, how that worked out?
