So the question is who has the better flow? Just based on the contract Envoy hands down has the better flow. However, there are other outside factors that will determine when someone flows. A new hire today at Envoy or PDT will flow faster than PSA by years.

Envoys flow over the next 5 years is getting slowed to match PDTs flow. What makes PDT competitive with ENY is the amount of senior pilots PDT is claiming will bypass the flow (100). Which makes up about 22% of their current pilot group. While only 16%ish is bypassing the flow at ENY. Attrition to outside airlines will also make a huge difference in flow time.

Someone on here claimed PDT will flow in 5y3m but doesn't take into account AA doesn't hire in DEC so add another 6 months to it and you possibly get PDTs best possible flow. Envoy's flow is too complicated to explain on here but there are charts that put it at just over five years. That chart also didn't take into account AA doesn't hire in DEC.

So if all goes as planned then less than six years to flow for PDT and Envoy pilots. It is Impossible to tell who will flow a new hire the fastest right now so I would look at other factors for your choice.
