As to the original question for this thread...

Here is what I expect...

No PBS!
$280/$190 per hour...
Define "inadequate reserve coverage"
No penalty for vacation... i.e. Vacation months pay at least the value of the line bid...
An across the board 2% increase to the 401(k)
A real scope clause with seat/weight/airframe limits... both high and low...
An additional day off for reserves...
And a sick leave increase...

And "no" I will not give up anything to get those things...
