If you are a round 1 line holder, then yes, you can credit 65 hours a month and get
AT LEAST 16 days off every month. If you get a couple of really good credit trips in the bid award or SAP, then 18 days off is possible. If you are fairly junior as an FO (less than a year), I would guess you could get 18 days off at least 2/3rds of the time. If you are more senior (more than a year), you could do it every single month.
You can also typically get 15 days off and credit 80 without much trouble at all. I would say that you could do it at least 10 out of 12 months.
We also get 2 weeks vacation on our second year, and you get 21 hours credit for each week of vacation. So, you can work just 2 four day trips on two months a year if you are trying to fly as little as possible.
