A fix on the pay scale does nothing in my opinion for new hires. From what I gather, flying with HMF's lately their main concern is upgrade...get the time.... and GTFO! Example DGI...this is going to get real interesting in 2017... now that PSA, Envoy and Piedmont have all established pay raises as well as career progression.
What I was getting at is...if any of those companies above can proove a 5 year flow is legit...the DGI to Delta is outdated and not competitive.
