We just found out this morning that the training dept is holding back flights in PBS for OE rather than buying the trip from the associated crew.
This was one of the concessions that helped sink the 2015 Delta TA last year.
They (mgmt) said that AA got this in their JCBA and they wanted it as well.
Our new TA says now that AFTER PBS runs trng can pick trips out of available open time and/or buy trips from pilots to do IOE so much less of a concession.
