I can't take this anymore!

The company has enormous compensation increases for every pilot at this company and all I see are people griping over having to get a doc note after 100, yes 100! hours of sick time! It's ridiculous! Get an effing note! Sniffles? Get a note. Stub your toe? Get a note!

This TA alone will increase the avg DAL pilots comp over 200K over 3 years, if they ONLY fly 75 hrs/mo NOT including PS.

We must have the sickest group of pilots on earth with all the complaints about this.
