It is single occupancy and for the first month you get $1600 (not 100% sure if it is $1600 or $1800 because we haven't received ours yet) and then every month after that is MMG. If you are eligible for a sign on bonus you will get that within the first 30 days as well. My class started on the 18th and we have over 20 people in class. It seems like most of the classes have been pretty full.
