There is one big difference between the AA flow and the Delta DGI program. With AA your hired and have to wait and I doubt it will be anything close to 10 years with all the mandatory retirements coming up, but you're still hired. With the DGI you have to upgrade, wait 2 years and then wait for your chance to interview. If it is anything like the ssp you will have a 50/50 shot. It might not even be up to you to pass the interview. It might be just a matter of low staffing at Endeavor, who knows? Also the DGI program
can be taken away at anytime.
