They "COULD" build round 1 lines with PBS, and have leftovers for SAP and round 2. Just because it has not been done that way at other airlines doesn't mean that it can't be done.
It is not how any current PBS are designed, but we could be the first to create something new.
They also could start following the current contract and stop manipulating the reserve grid but they aren't going to and they aren't going to agree to a two round pbs system so no point in using it. I've used pbs at a previous airline, even the best pbs system is no where near what we have. Why would you voluntarily agree to give away the best part of our contract when ccp is about to be back? Do you know how much pilots were making when the company was following the contract?
