I think we turned down TA1 in July 2015. The next step is on Dec. 1. So in 16 months, we turned around some of the concessions. Let's round off the next TA on June 1 of 2018. Hank, respectfully, I don't think it would go there. Turn down this TA. Watch Delta try and fill their pilot ranks with quality candidates with pay rates 20% less than the rest. The market will correct the pay. We can't keep giving away work rules.
