As far as Amazon goes, ATI currently is operating 7 of the presumably-10 routes that it will be assigned under the existing Amazon contract. The second 767-300 that ATI will operate for Amazon, to be N311AZ, just came back to ILN today from paint at GYR. That would be the 8th route of the 10 when it goes into service.
