Been to Xjt for 2.5 years and now at RAH. Republic still has better QOL...most people seem miserable there, and I have more days off now at RAH in 8 months than I did when I was there for 2.5 years.

I did enjoy certain aspects of Xjt but overall much happier that I made the switch
