I, being rated in the old girl, would love to join Swift but gateway or home basing would be needed simply because of the ability to get to/fr work. Yep hoping the gateway basing becomes a reality, I think they believe they're saving money having these remote bases and in reality it's not the case. The zed will probably not happen as we don't have reciprocal ticketing like a normal airline.
they did the pay raises at the beginning of the year, so it was a step in the right direction. However it's still not competitive with the industry to attract guys from going to LCC like f9 or NK.
They have big plans, but they definitely need the manpower to make it happen, but it will be an uphill battle to make it attractive.
