Why take from your operation (other than just a few to keep the hope alive) when you can steal employees from your competitor for an overall lower cost to the air group due to much less recruiting/training expense.
Yes very true...the version I heard was AE flow-through program to AA = 1. Quit Eagle...2. Get job anywhere else.
My classmates at Eagle have only this year flowed to AA...17 years at AE. That's 119 "AMR years"...is that even legal!
