Yes very true...the version I heard was AE flow-through program to AA = 1. Quit Eagle...2. Get job anywhere else.

My classmates at Eagle have only this year flowed to AA...17 years at AE. That's 119 "AMR years"...is that even legal!

It has been that way for 20+yrs. If you want to get to Alaska go to any other regional then fly you ass off, network at job fairs etc. Horizon is the absolute slowest way into Alaska Airlines.
