No to defend the soft-science(y) Hogan but I think it's a good idea to route out personality disorders in a job that is basically impossible to get fired from. We've all flown with some real 'winners' over the years and I know at least two people here that have almost entires bases bidding 'avoid' who are perfectly capable pilots who just have pi$$ poor attitudes who make life bad for everyone they come into contact with from pilots to passengers... Good luck to all. (I prefer a well made gun to poems and want to be in a rock band, but don't want to be famous and I also do NOT think the world is out to get me and sometimes it is OK to break the rules)
