Thats exactly my point. In just two years, you have gone from every pilot leaving each month being senior to you, down to now half of them senior to you.
Continue that trend forward another two years. Now you're at 7. And that is assuming that it's a linear trend. As pilots approach flowing, they tend to stay put. You quickly get to a point where the only attrition senior to you are the flow throughs.
