My point was that we are losing pilots that are only 2-3 years from flow. People are not waiting for AA. They are still going to job fairs and getting hired elsewhere.

If the last year before flow, most will just hold out for AA. That is obvious. That is the problem with anywhere with a flow. I have moved up about twice what I was expecting to this point.
