Negotiations need unity across all demographics of pilots. We had that for the 2001 contract. We DO NOT have that now and I believe the DPA is a big reason for that.
I just read the first item in your post of their spin (I'm not accusing you of anything if you get that idea) and couldn't believe it. If that's an example of what's in the rest, I'm not going to waste my time reading and responding to it.

My lawyer Denny Crane speaks for me
Denny and I have flown together numerous times and discussed this very subject plus others over "several" beers. He is absolutely as analytical/unemotional in his analysis as you can get.
We have flown with lots of DPA guys or unDPA guys who just don't like ALPA and trust me, they will never support anything that ALPA negotiates. So, where does that leave us? The DPA document is probably a great con to ALPAs pro information. But, read it for what it is. It's a document from a group that wants this TA to fail so they can get a representation election. Nothing more, nothing less.
