You should really take that up with the union or CP who knows what type of records they keep on this. I had a problem with an agent who also said I was threatening him (yeah right) I talked to the union and and they along with the CP worked on it and it was all cleared up. You will find some of these agents have a history of stuff like that.
Wouldn't surprise me if it was the same agent. Talked to his supervisor, CPO, and filed a PDR all that day. I hope I do hear more about it from the company I'd love to sit down and talk with them more about this guy. He was pretty rude and did not follow the Correct procedures. He also called into question my integrity when he denied my wife was at the gate more than 20 minutes before departure.
That being said everyone involved was receptive to the issue, his supervisor, CPO, and union. I trust it was followed up on that day and we've all moved on
