If it were up to me I would go with which ever would give you better quality of life. If things go like they currently are then the flow through won't really matter. All the majors have a lot of hiring to do throughout the next decade so a flow through doesn't really mean a lot to me. As far as pay? Yes United is better right now but no one knows what the crystal ball has to offer. I suppose the best advise is apply to them all and go to the one that hires you first. If others call you after that I would determine if it's worth the pay cut to leave and go with the best quality of life. Which one will be the best airline in 20 years? If you find out let me know.
