I was lucky. No Hogan, no MMPI etc. Just a sit down with the HR rep and a nice old Captain who put me at ease right away.
The HR lady was a different story. She asked me three times what I did to prepare. Each time I told her the exact same thing. To egg me on further, she then said, "Did you do anything else?" I had no idea what the heck she was after and it suddenly hit me, "Oh, do you mean did I go see C. Cage? NO WAY!" She then frowned and he broke into a huge smile.
He was very complimentary during the background / experience review. He then tossed me nothing but softballs during the professional eval portion of the interview.
I'd never get hired today.
