They could not hire you due to breath or BO.
You could go drill one in back at DCI, and they have no additional liability whatsoever.
The point is the fact that, for what ever reason Delta didn't hire 50% of the pilots "that participatedin the ssp" to fly Delta jets with Delta Passengers, but the same 50% can go back to Endeavor and fly the very same passengers on "delta jets" for a whole lot less money. I don't see what you don't get!
