ExpressJet has ZERO career outlook, infinity till upgrade, is shrinking and being slowly bled out by Skywest...at least that's what my best friend who works there says. Of course they're desperate....why go there when you could upgrade super fast at almost any other regional and make respectable (not really, but at least a living wage) captain wages?

Envoy has ZERO problem filling their seats because they offer a true flow and decent pay. Hmm....Coincidence?
