How many had a resume in for years with no call and then suddenly got interviewed through the SSP? Of course we don't have the high pass rate that off the street does. It doesn't make us less of a pilot or less qualified to fly Delta passengers, it just means they don't feel we are a good fit with mainline Delta culture even if we excel at 9e.
