The LOA is still "on motion". In the end everyone will have jepps on an iPad Air 2 or newer. What is said before the LOA is done is all in the effort of being "PC" but everyone will be afforded the ability of charts via an iPad platform regardless of what you have now, without a responsibility of providing one yourself. Don't try to read deep into details when the end state is that we keep our flight bags in the stack around tanerite and blow them up from a distance. When we come to work by/before March, it's simply an ipad platform that will "be available to pilots".
