They might have a hard time backing that number up, the success rate for October was 6 of 26. The program is a total flop, why anyone would apply at Endeavor is beyond me. Even if your end game is Delta you'd be better off going somewhere else (AA wholly) and applying off the street. If you actually get selected at least you'll have a real shot, if not you'll have a backup plan. Plus captain attrition is going to slow since they've ran through the SSP on that side.
Thanks for posting this. Many peeps chiming in on here with false facts. Endeavor is a great place...don't get me wrong, but we lack career progression compared to our counterparts. I see stagnation at the top. There is a quick fix, and we all know it.
