YX: UP TO a $12k bonus, $40.40 an hour ($36.36k at guarantee) = $48,360 guaranteed IF you get the full bonus
You make nearly $10k more at Endeavor vs YX not to mention year 2 is $15,000(!!!) More at Endeavor than Republic and that's not including the quick upgrade here
