I understand everyone is new once, but we are starting to get to the lower end of the spectrum as far as experience is concerned and could be headed for a perfect storm scenario.
I have to disagree with this. How many pilots are the Legacy carriers hiring due to nothing more than gender/race/birthright, with no concern to total time or experience? They have many low time pilots coming on board with the same amount of TT that we consider to be "low time" here.
If i'm the CA flying that jungle turn, where crap hits the fan, I want an FO who can help process the situation and work through the situation with me, total time is not necessarily a determinant of that
