They have been telling just about every person who interviews and every new hire class that DCA is the new base. I'm not 100% sure why they are waiting to announce it?
If DCA is the new base, would it possibly be the junior base until the slots get filled or is it likely that current pilots would move? As a potential new hire I might be starting training in the next couple months and I'm just trying to guess where I'll end up first. I'd honestly prefer DCA but DAY would be my next choice.
