You make assumptions that the company would rather displace...not always the case. The financial implications and training events generated by displacements can be prohibitive. If they displace MSP/DTW 900 CA it can cause a trickle down impacting multiple positions.
The choices we are being given are LGA or JFK and 200 or 900. The talk recently has those choices being decided for us...co-domicile and dual-qual would eliminate those questions.
I agree we have choices but many options are not on the table right now.
All jr. Captains are on rsv. In every domicile. Senior CA's get 18 days off. For CA's and FO's MSP and DTW are senior on both AC. Growth now is in NY. Any domicile for FO's can be held in less than a year in both AC.
