Time to get TYS: right out of training (.23)
Time on Short call reserve at TYS (.61) 32 weeks - 7.5 months
Time to hold Long Call Reserve at TYS (1.00) 52 weeks - 1 year
Time before being able to build a line. (.61) 32 weeks- 7.5 months
Time before being able to hold R1 (1.46) 76 weeks- 1 year 6 months
So, to join PSA in January it will be a 1 year and half before I can fully utilize SAP to optimize my schedule as I want? Drop trips, add, reconfigure. To reiterate, the best part of PSA is SAP but it takes a year and half before being senior enough to use it? Not a slam! Just want to make sure I completely understand it.
