Time to hold Long Call Reserve at TYS (1.00) 52 weeks - 1 year

Time before being able to hold R1 (1.46) 76 weeks- 1 year 6 months

So, to join PSA in January it will be a 1 year and half before you can fully utilize SAP to optimize my schedule as I want?
You got it! TYS and CLT most senior bases. However last FO BID that is not reflected here had like 26 CLT FO openings. I would expect to see FO being able to get pretty much any base by end of training. This graph is nearly a month old. Lots of hiring has happened since it was made.
