Hi everyone - I have started seeing a small trend in the last 6 months. I am currently a senior captain at a regional in the training department and have seen 2 new hires collect bonuses, get their type then bail and head over to another regional and do the same thing. Within a few months they collect thousands of dollars plus the type. It seems the regionals are so desperate to hire that they still gamble on these kinds of people. Are the regionals doing anything to demand repayment? It seems really sad pilots are out there doing this and bragging about it.
